Prices and Payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.
- Payments are accepted through PayPal.
- Payment can also be made via credit card or direct deposit. Please contact me via firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
- The jewellery for sale on the website is made to order, therefore there can be very slight variances in the look and colour of the piece as it is a handmade item.
- The jewellery for sale on the website is made to order. Please allow up to one week for the item to be made. If time is of the essence - please contact me on email@example.com to confirm a delivery date.
- I use air mail for International orders and delivery time is dependent on country. I will notify the buyer once I have posted the order.
- Please provide your daytime address for delivery.
- The delivery within Australia and New Zealand is free when you spend $100 or over.
- The delivery within Australia and New Zealand is $10 when you spend less than $100
- All other countries are $15 with an extra $5 per additional item.
- There is no insurance goods posted. Contact me if you want your goods insured.
- The seller takes no responsibility for the arrival of goods once they are posted.
- It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I am happy to discuss options.
- Please contact me immediately via email before sending the item back. I will provide you with an address to send the item to.
- Items need to be returned within seven days of delivery date.
- All items must be returned in 100% new, original and unworn condition.
- Any items deemed not in 100% new, original and unworn condition will be returned to the customer and no exchange or credit can be given.
- Items are sent back via ‘express’ post or another form of trackable delivery.
- Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please ensure that the item is packaged safely as I can not accept an exchange that is damaged through transit.
- International customers will need to pay for postage of exchanged items.
- I do not offer exchange or credit for changing your mind so please choose carefully.
- Customer details are strictly confidential and private. No details will be shared.
